Disastrous Experience, A Place to Avoid!

My partner and I endured a nightmarish stay. The check-in process was chaotic with no staff available after 7 PM. Our suite was dirty, and we had no hot water. Pay cash? Record a video for the drop box! Avoid this so-called hotel at all costs!

Absolutely lovely place if you enjoy cold showers and a gym that's just a few sad machines in the hallway. I thought I would receive some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, no royal treatment. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't look past the broken shower!

Had a blast with friends! The concierge service helped us plan trips to the nearby cenotes and vibrant local markets. We also enjoyed free WiFi everywhere, super helpful for sharing moments. The tour desk made it easy to book exciting excursions. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

She was very responsive and reachable at all times. The fast free WiFi and comfortable, clean rooms ensured a restful night's sleep, and the fitness center and free private parking were added conveniences.
